In order to assure you of optimal care, as a new patient you will receive a
comprehensive evaluation at the time of your first visit. The purpose of this visit
is to determine your treatment needs. The appointment will consist of a thorough review
of your medical and dental histories, and oral-facial examination, periodontal evaluation
and any necessary dental x-rays. For cosmetic procedures, we also include diagnostic
study models and photographs.
We encourage you to take an active role in your therapy. We believe that the best treatment
is rendered to an informed patient. Results of our examination are fully discussed with you.
We then recommend a plan of treatment that is consistent with your desires and our
commitment to high quality service.

Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. On Wednesday,
we are open from 10:00am to 7:00pm.

Dr. Greenbaum and his staff pay special attention to the safety and comfort of
their patients. They use only the highest quality, most biocompatible materials,
including mercury-free fillings. Only distilled water or peridex (which is an
anti-microbial solution) flow thru the water lines during surgical procedures.
Any accessory or instrument that cannot be discarded after use is thoroughly
cleaned and sterilized. Modern advances in treatment, materials or equipment
that promise to enhance patient comfort or safety are first evaluated thoroughly
by Dr. Greenbaum, and, only after meeting his high standards is it incorporated
into his patient care regimen.
Dr. Greenbaum and his staff also understand the anxiety many patients may feel
toward dental treatment. The following services are provided to lessen their
fears and make their dental experience even more pleasurable.

We believe strongly in the benefits of regular preventative dental care.
Preventative care is modern dentistry's best service to patients, and it truly helps
patients avoid the need for more complex and costly treatment. Therefore, we will make
a continuing care appointment for you with our hygienist when your dental treatment is
completed. We will also confirm the appointment with you before your scheduled visit.

Our fees are meant to be fair and reasonable. We strive to keep them that way.
You assist that effort when you pay for treatment at the end of each appointment. For
your convenience we accept VISA, Discovery, American Express and Master Card. Special arrangements can be made to
help you pay for extended treatment requirements through third party dental finance companies.

We cooperate fully with our patients who are covered by dental insurance plans.
Please bring a completed claim form and insurance card to your first appointment. Although we will file
your claims, we expect our patients to take full responsibility for the payment of
our fee and then have your insurance carrier reimburse you.
Our staff will work closely with you to file and collect all benefits to
which your dental insurance policy entitles you.
